BIRDSBORO, Pa. - April 7, 2022 - (Newswire.com)

Fulton Books author, Dan Leppold, a high school science teacher, has completed his most recent book "The Adventures of Rey the Kitten": a joyous adventure about making friends despite being different from one another. Who would've thought that a kitten like Rey would end up being the best of friends with someone even smaller than him? Here is a story bringing a message about how a loving heart matters more than what isolates us from the rest.

"The story of a little kitten named Rey and its unusual friendship with a chipmunk named Chippy is based on true events on a farm outside of Reading, Pennsylvania. Rey was a semiferal kitten that was adopted by Kim and Dan Leppold who reminds all of us that we should adopt and not shop for our pets," says Leppold.

Published by Fulton Books, Dan Leppold's lovely illustration carries an unlikely friendship between a kitten, a chipmunk, and a frog. This is a tale inspired by true events from the Leppolds' adopted kitten and will bring much delight to readers, young and old.

Readers who wish to experience this charming work can purchase "The Adventures of Rey the Kitten" at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes store, Amazon, Google Play or Barnes and Noble.
