The new floor, wall and ducted units are designed to save space and reduce installation time by requiring no outdoor condensing unit, while the integration of smart technologies makes them convenient and easy to use.

The applications of the new HVAC systems are very diverse, from residential apartment buildings to hotels, restaurants, historic monuments and other buildings.

For small areas of up to 25 square metres, Polaris Technologies offers the Innova 2.0 inverter units. These 2.3Kw reverse cycle units are MEPS-approved and come with a comprehensive two-year parts and labour warranty. The installation is extremely easy, requiring only the drilling of two core holes for the condenser air movement. Both wall- and floor-mounted configurations are available.

Starting November 2018, the company will also provide the large-capacity Ducted Hideaway units. Based on inverter technologies, these units are very energy-efficient, with a GWP rating of just 3.0, making them ideal for any type of commercial and institutional application. As with the Innova model, no complex pipework is required, Polaris Technologies estimating that the installation time is halved when compared to conventional HVAC units.

Available in 3Kw and 10Kw versions, the Polaris units are ideal for the retrofitting of water-cooled systems that need replacement, as well as for new buildings. The 3Kw system can fit into a bulkhead as small as 300 mm, having already attracted great interest from apartment architects and builders. All models carry a two-year parts and labour warranty.
