Delhi-based criminal lawyer Vijay Aggarwal, who has represented Mehul Choksi, is facing four sexual assault charges in the UK. His assistant, Manpreet Kaur, faces two charges of allegedly encouraging or assisting sexual assault.The case is being heard at Southwark Crown Court in London. The court has scheduled the trial to begin on March 15, 2027.
